I'm a fan of DSS for one reason: I live on the eastern side of the central time zone. If I lived on the western side of a time zone it would be daylight almost an hour later and be essentially like being in DSS when not.
So my vote is to move the Eastern/Central boder over to the Mississippi border so we'll be in the Eastern Zone and do away with DSS.
