really? i heard craftsman were awesome about exchanges. guess they've changed

i know snap-on is still great with there exchanges, i broke 2 adapters and they replaced both, then i broke 1 of the new ones a week after they exchanged it, and they replaced that one too

If you're looking for a nice 1/2" electric cordless impact, don't skimp, you'll be sorry. Get one you'll have for a LONG time. Milwaukee 2662, 450 ft-lbs. I have one of their 1/4" drive units for screws and small sockets, it ROCKS.
