it took 85mph in the 1/8 for me to get a 12.9, and mines a rcsb and my 60' was a little better then yours. but your converter is alot bigger then mine....

I got it done with the tr224. I was using 26" dr s. 12.86@103.88 1.78 60ft.

using 26" slicks is like having 4.56 gears on a lil taller tire like a 28".

So if he does 28"s with his 4.10s I doubt he'll make it.

i don't see what's wrong with the cam you have now.
randy did 12.59 @ 104 with a rcsb with the same cam.
your at 80 mph in the 1/8th so figure that will equal to 100 mph in the 1/4 which will be enough.
get some slicks on there and let it rip.

I just figure with as much converter as I've got, I might as well throw a bigger cam in it to squeeze out more hp and top end.
