as far as this one goes, i'd take it to court and tell them you were not only NOT going 55 but you were also entering a 55. I'd imagine they'll drop it. Alot of times they are just happy to get the court fee. I just hate that even if its not your fault you still have to pay a court fee.

i forget where he said he clocked me but it was like 2miles back behind where we finally even saw him...he just thought he was gonna get to write a big ticket and then when he realized i hadn't been drinking
he had to come up with something else...i shoulda asked to see the radar...i never think soon enough

Damn I just got pulled over at midnight today. I was told I was doing 55 in a 45 too. As soon as i turned down my street he follows and turns them on. I pulled over and turned off the truck and started looking for my insurance and license. He comes up and asked where I was going in such a hurry. I just calmly replied home I just got off work and honestly I didn't know how fast I was going. So he runs my license and comes back and said I'm only giving you a warning. But i was expecting a ticket because the way he looked at me I thought I was screwed. I guess it does help to have a clean driving record. Nice cop didn't even make me get out of the truck or anything.

Yep, go for the course or deferred. I had a hard a$$ pull me over a few months back for 51 in a 45. **** hassled me on everything!!! I guess he thought I was some punk car club kid, cause of the Texas Truck Scene sticker. Had my front windows rolled down and he asked me why me why are my windows so dark. WTF?, the back can be painted black?!?!? But, I was screwed when he noticed my windshield was passed the AS1 line. $180 for tint!!!!
