Man i cant wait for dave to beat chief. and it looks like the nova and gto are going to race soon. the previews showed both cars leaving with the tires in the air.

Also glad to see boosted stayed on, Ive been following him since before 1320 or any of this stuff came out. Shawn with the nova has a chip on his shoulder about boosted but oh well. dudes a racer.

Good show with all the drama and all it makes good tv.........on a side note spike did get a call by the producer not sure what agreements where made though..... this was when last season was on and i know for a fact he wont be in this season.....Spike got to chat a bit with them i think at sema so who knows that would be bad ***.........Last time spike posted on his fb that he wanted to get some people together so i know he wants to go but wants to take some buddys with him..... Lets say spike, Flaco in la Canalla, and Flaco with jtrans truck.... would be fun to see how full size trucks do vs thise guys

Fast trucks, but i think the nova has 10mph on spike to the 1/8 and has a ton more street time. The nova isnt the top of the list either.

 

^^^ yeah the guys in the top 5 are stupid fast and solid 4 second cars in the 1/8th. Cars 6-10 are 5 sec 1/8 mile cars ON THE STREET. its a whole dif ball game. being about to leave the tree on a 150 shot at the track is not the same as doing it on the street. Which is why they all have big tires. I dont think anyone on the list has 28s anymore.

I wanna see some import guys in fast evos, gtrs, lambos, porches.. Bring the big name shops out and put them against the 405. I would bet they wouldnt touch spot 5 or 6 but the lower list guys would be a great race.

 

those cars want nothing to do with a dig run. from a 60 roll to 200mph, those cars could shake up the list but a 1/8 dig...no way.

 

nova has been 4.4 @ 177 in 1/8

no truck on that list could touch that car on the track but anything happen


biggest thing about the names listed are they typically make one or 2 passes then have to replace the motor in those trucks
