Your tellin me. I have lived in texas all my life and i have never listened to country music much less been to a country bar. I was miserable.

No that's the turbo. The cylinders are oh, about 36" in diameter. I'll post up one of the pistons later. The engine itself is about (guessing) 90' long and 3 or 4 levels deep. The propshaft is an easy 36" diameter.

Here's a view of the top of the engine.



If you look at the far right you'll see they're replacing a piston onto a connecting rod (look at it on the hoist). The rod is about 20' or so in length and is positioned vertical down through the deck.

I know the feeling, I don't dig Country music or the whole rodeo + country bar type atmosphere... We have to deal with the people though, it is Texas after all



bet the boat gets awesome gas mileage... also probably puts out crazy power too

There's three of them actually, one for every 3 cylinders. You can see the three DownPipe's in the picture that you posted of the engine viewed from up high. I would think the DP's are 36" in diameter each.

Couple barrels' per mile give or take a gallon. HP is 4x,xxx but the torque is 1,000,000.
