I opted for unlimited data, text and minutes and luckily got grandfathered in to the older plans so it's not very expensive, so does the ability to use the 3G connection as a WIFI hotspot allow users on limited plans to download more stuff for free? Just trying to see if this would benefit me.

I've had the iPhone 4 for the past 6-7 months and i love it. Very user friendly.
The few things i don't like about it:
1. The New Year's glitch where if you had an alarm set for that day it would not go off. It was all over the news. Granted, it only happens once a year, but it still made me late for work.
2. Randomly erased all of my notes in the "Notes" application. Happened twice already.
3. The email function doesn't sync very well with hotmail or other pop servers as is does with gmail or yahoo.
4. You can't sync music from someone else's computer like you can with iPods. It only syncs with your computer.
But, i'd still give the phone 4.5/5 stars

I am still on the fence as to make a move.. One thing I do not like on the iphone is the text. I love the android swype feature.. I have messed around with the iphone for a bit, it seems to be a nice easy to use phone. I guess I will have to make a decision soon or I am going to miss out.. Another thing is the insurance is 10 a month vs my 5 a month now.. Also I am sure that if I would happen to lose it or it get broke it will be alot more then 50 to replace...

also consider that Verizon is offering unlimited data stuff for $30 a month. i'm still considering getting one because i've been using my V325 for over 4 years now

but when i heard the iP5 will be out this summer, i might just wait & get a 4 for cheap
