I might have a chance to pick one up. But I am not sure if I want one on the truck or not. Will it make it over done?? So do you like a cowl hood or the stock hood..???? I like to keep chit clean and pratical. I duno if this would make it over the top or not

I think it looks good on some trucks and over the top on others. You definitely lose any hopes of being a sleeper though, even non car people know "cowl hood" means the car/truck is definitely not stock.

I am prob eliminated from the sleeper category, as the lope of the cam and the whine of the blower might just give it way LOL

i would most def put one on your truck if you can, but then again i might be a little biased to cowl hoods on gmc trucks..
with that said ive seen quite a few gmc trucks around me with the same cowl hood, but that wouldnt stop me from having it. looks good and sets yourself apart from the rest for the most part.. also just looks plain aggressive imo..

 

I like the look of cowl hoods! It's only a 2" rise so I don't think it's too over the top.

 

Go with a 99-02 HD hood
