haha, thats why i asked if he was being serious. i cant say ive ever seen someone actually put blocks under a vehicle after they steal the wheels. lol. im starting to think maybe this is some kind of joke and he just has his wheels sent off for powedercoating or something?

i wouldnt think they would really care after stealing the wheels and just drop the truck to the dround and take off. nice of them to keep it up off the ground so a jack will be easy to get back under it. lol...man, im really sorry about the situation. i hope everything works out for you..hell maybe you can get some aftermarket wheels with the insurance money instead of going back to stock...maybe this wasnt really a bad thing??

no bs guys, i have tahoe 20s putin blocks under it is the way they do it round here even when they hit the dealers. heres the other side, they couldnt get to them cause i wasnt even 1 ft away from the fence. it sucks *** good thing i never got rid of the stock set.

they had patio pavers under the rear and a block of concrete under the front, insurence is sapposed to cover after the deductable but still alot of $$ if i buy a set i got them on a good deal from a friend when he switched his wifes tahoe to chrome 20s from a suburban

That sucks. Pretty sure they will use blocks so they don't have to leave there jack behind. Plus dropping the truck on the ground makes a bunch of noise. If you did not have wheel locks I would suggest getting some.

That's shitty man, I'm sorry I know how much that sucks. I had the same thing happen to me last spring except the got 2 sets of wheels off two of my trucks in one night. On the bright side criminals can be pretty dumb, and it looks like the guys that got your wheels weren't too bright. They probably didn't even look to see how close your truck was to that fence before they took the driver's side wheels, unless they were only after 2 of them. Check craigslist and any other local classifieds, when mine got stolen I found them on craigslist with pictures! (They were 38" Swampers on wheels I had custom made) Wheel locks will only slow them down it wont stop them, I had a set on one of my trucks and they seemed to get them off no problem. A guy on dieselplace.com posted a couple years ago that his wheels and tires got stolen off his 2500 and he had eight sets of wheel locks on his.
