So I have been driving an 06 rclb ram at work

Drove my buddy's new CC Hemi a couple of years ago. Felt huge inside, definitely taller and larger all the way around. I was impressed with the tight feeling of cornering, very little body roll. However the Hemi in that heavy pig felt like a slug compared to my 4.8 and his mileage was terrible. Very nice truck but I would probably rather have a GM.

Paint was junk from day one and I never understood why you could take a bullitproof 727 trans add an overdrive and it turns into
?? WTF??? I never raced it or towed and it dumped the tranny @ 60,000... Well that's enough.. the list is much longer... I started putting pencil to a Hemi swap, paint and Tranny swap and was seening way to many $$$$$ Forgot about it..
I have been a long time Dodge Fan ( I have also owned other makes ) and decided to give Dodge one more try... The 03 Ram Sport I have has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned despite countless 1/4 slips and not being babied at all.... Brakes are LIGHTYEARS ahead of my 99 and most all other vehicles I have ever owned.. I now have over 50,000 on the truck with no trips to the dealer with the execption of a rotor TSB. I am quite happy with this purchase and Dodge keeps a customer.... If this one had been junk my next purchase would have been Chevy..

, but she takes it no problems.
I like the brakes, don't get me wrong the 3rd Gen. 4-wheel discs are MUCH better but the 1996's will hold their own too. All 1990's paint sucks, just a matter of fact.
The primer was absolute
!Congrats on seeing the light 1slow01Z71. If ya like the RCLB 3.7 you need to drive a RCSB HEMI!

Ill still stick to my Z. The aftermarket just isnt there for you dodge guys and ya'lls a/c system SUCKS. It is necessary down here in TX. I would like a hemi powered rcsb for a DD but I dont need an extra truck. A bike, truck and work truck are enough for me to get around where I need to go.

I've also drivin a 1500 ext gasser dodge, 2002 I believe it was and it rode like total ****, worse than my dad's 04 Cummins.
I pick my truck over both of them, easily.

To each their own I just started the thread to say that dodge makes a nice truck and I enjoy driving my work truck and it sure as hell beats how the f-150s we have drive and the old chevys we have.

My dad still got the dodge though since he gets to pick his truck. He's getting a new truck in 07 and I'm hoping he likes the look of the GMT-900s

It did ride good, and I do like how they look, but they are just too dams slow. Maybe one with a S/C would be fun though.
