has anyone else noticed that almost all the channels are censored now!
i pay money to listen to music to be played the way it was written, not bleeped out...im sure XM has a lot to do with this as they only had a few channels that were explicit...i noticed it last night, and this morning i heard the DJ say go to channel 45 for explicit music and i was like WTF...sorry rant over, now time to email Sirius...

 

What do you listen to? I have had XM for 6yrs now and never heard a song censored.

 

well i usually have it on rock or rap, country here and there but my friend that has had XM for about 2 yrs got in my truck and was like woah, this is uncensored...on the channels it says something, noting that its explicit...my moms equinox is that way too...

 

I listened to blue collar all the way back from San Diego and it was never sensored. That was with Sirius, not XM

 

when was ur trip...i know for a fact the channel 40 and 50 are now censored...45 isnt...i havnt been in my truck enough to hear channel 20 or any of them yet...

 

I was listening from oct 31st to Nov 3rd.
channel 103 i think it is.

 

yeah i think it musta just changed this week...just like you've been probably hearing over and over again is them advertising the best of XM for like 4 bucks extra so i wonder if that has something to do with the recent change...really pissed bout this...been a happy customer for about 3 years and this just sucks now...

 

We were talking about this at work on thursday. It does suck. Freaking paid subscription is censored. Everybody at work wrote them an email bitching that we aren't renewing our subscriptions, we can listen to censored stuff on the regular radio for free, why pay sirius for it. Write them, bitch about it, it's just like voting, if you don't...you won't be heard.

 

Really, are they bleeping out words??? If that is the case then I'm out too! CDs for the win!!

 

Everything these days is censored, next thing you know your poop will come out smelling like roses and looking like candy hearts!! LOL
