Default Sealing a car trailer floor

Just got a hualmark car trailer with plywood flooring and I want to seal it because a pressure washer and water tanks are going in it.

Should I spay paint or roll on?

Primer
Paint
Clear
Water Seal

Or just Line X

I guy I know who drag races, had his floor and about a foot up of his enclosed trailer Line Xed and I will this, it is NICE! He said it was the best $1000 he spent on his trailer. Its very tough and if it get oily or dirty, be just pulls everything out and pressure washes it.

I was gonna suggest Line-X but I thought you might think I was nuts since it would be going on a wood floor. I'm sure it would work great though and last a long time.

I dont know if i would line-x it because it is wood. If something happens to the floor you will have loads of fun trying to pull it up. If it was me i would get a tough linoleum and slap it down.
