Run in with johnny law - need advice please :(

I need some advice from guys who have been here before -
I've got a Sheriff that has a hard-on for me, and he is pulling my chain over an accident that I was in.
It was on the freeway, and the lady pulled from a dead stop on the shoulder into the freeway in front of me. My Z71 vs her 97 Chevy lumina. Her and the other occupant went to the hospital, non-life threatening injuries. I walked away fine -
Their car is totalled, it flipped over and skidded off the road into a tree. My truck was drivable, with damage to the front bumper, grille, rf fender, and hood - no airbag deployment - prolly cuz of the racing brakes I have and the fact that I was able to jamb the brakes hard.
The sheriff gave me a ticket at the scene for reckless driving, then came to my house 1 day later with 3 more tickets - speed not reasonable, failure to maintain lane (because i went into the shoulder to try and dodge the dumb ***), and following too closely.
All 4 tickets were based on what other people who witnessed the accident told the cops, it was NOT witnessed by any police.
So here's where the BS comes into the story... the one ticket for reckess driving is a misdemeanor, so technically I was arrested for that - even though I wasn't in cuffs or anything. I was nice to the cops when they asked me all the questions, and the one guy who showed up to investigate the accident was an total ***. He got in my face and told me I was lying and that I was speeding and all sorts of other BS. I was still nice. I even told the first cop to approch my truck about my loaded and legal hangun in the truck.
Well, - when the cop came to my door the next day with the 3 more tickets, I kinda went off and told him he can let his supervisor know that since he is jerking my chain, It is forcing me to go and sue the dumb *** lady for causing the accident. Now I have to sue her in small claims court for the damage to my truck (no collision coverage for me) so I can re-coup the costs of my lawyer fees, because they said it was my fault because I rear-ended her.
The accident was about 1 week ago.
Today I recieved a letter from the courts saying that my license for my concealed pistol permit was revoked because I was arrested. Well that's BS cuz I havn't even been found guilty of anything yet. Well - at the bottom of the letter, is a cc to the fuggin sheriff that did the accident investigation.
So my question to you guys is this...
Are any of you cops? If so can ya help me out with some feedback as to why this guy has a bug up his *** for me? I've turned all the info over to my lawyer, but if anyone here has been harassed by a cop before, I'd like to know what happened and what you did.
Thanks alot guys,
sdr

were you going 120 in the rain again? LOL j/k
but honestly, how fast were you going before you jamed on your brakes. you can tell us
i know that truck has some badass brakes on it so she either pulled right out in front of you or you were haulin a little ***. my 2c: hire a good lawier. laws are different between states and you could get a bunch of contradicting info that probably isnt right in your state. and then theres always the know it all who talks alot about a subject he has no clue about.
a cop in your state could give you some good advice but its a lawiers job to know all the loopholes, tricks, and have the connections.

Dood that sux. That almost happened to me once in my dad's Grand Marquis. Two lane road...me going 60mph... raining...no abs... when an old rusted bronco II turns from a street into my lane going around 5mph. I hit the brakes hard and they locked... fortunately the mercury slid out into the shoulder and grass if not I would have rearended that dumbass. Several months later a stupid bitch in a civic ran a red light and hit my dad. Nothing happeded to my dad but the Grand Marquis was totaled. It was a nice car.
Get yourself a good lawyer cus all those tickets becuase witnesses said so, and was not witnessed by a cop is bull
. Anyways hope everything turns out good for you.

Its really hard. Bc for one thing, witnesses are what makes these cops worlds go round and round... they are going to listen to outside witnesses. Whats odd is... if these witnesses REALLY did see this happen... were they not asked how the lady FLIPPED HER CAR???
If you are to rear end someone going 70mph lets say and they are going lets say 60mph... were talking about a regular "following too closely" w/ reckless driving like they said you were doing. All that would happen is maybe a little swerve, maybe alittle front damage to ur truck and a little rear end damage to the car. NOT making the car flip off the road. Only way a car would flip like this in MOVING traffic is if you tried to spin the car out... its logical. How else would a car go in a flipping motion on a INTERSTATE?? If there were no other factors involved... it would only make sense that you are telling the truth. The car had to be doing one of two things... crusing at 20mph on the interstate (in which case, you would think that you and everyone else on the road would be flying around them) or the car had JUST pulled out in front of you. I dont understand why the police think that you were following too closely... i guess thats what its called in any rear end accident.
Let me ask you this tho... these witnesses... did you cut them off? or were you weaving in and out of traffic and driving fast? bc if you were than maybe they were sticking up for the person who wrecked.... just to see you get in trouble... people are nasty.. i can see some ppl taking 15 mins out of their life to ruin someone elses.
But for real... how fast were you going?
Also... did the police check for skid marks and what not? the only skid marks should be you sliding in effort to stop.
Let us know man, im sure some of us can help or shed some ideas to you,

I have the best Lawyer -
I was going between 65-70 - the speed limit is 65. It was daytime, and no rain, the lady just did not see me. But hitting a nearly stationary large car had me reeling to keep control of the truck. The right front corner of the bumper was pushed into the rf tire, and it was pulling like a sob. I had to fight it to keep from losing control and flipping myself.
I was in the right lane (slow lane), and there was a car next to me in the fast lane. If the other lane was open, I would have been there when she pulled out, but with no place to go , I decided to hit the car that caused the accident instead of the car that was innocent next to me.
The cops took pictures of everything, and there were 2 sets of skid marks - mine and hers. Her skids started before mine and were only about 5 feet long. Mine were about 50 feet long. The only way my hood got damaged from her rear bumper is cuz she slammed on the brakes after she saw me and i was jammin the brakes as well. Her *** went up, my front went down, and she went airborne.
I think the real reason for all the BS is because the witnesses that called in were all BEHIND the accident, and saw only my truck hit the car and the car flip and go off the road. Then they saw my truck keep driving and go out of sight.... I pulled over around a curve when I regained control of the truck. I was about 1/4 mile away, and stayed with the truck. I did not go back to the scene until the cops took me back there. I DID call 911 as soon as the accident happened, so my guess is that people thought it was a hit and run, and called the cops and told them that.
When the cops came up to my truck, it was 20 minutes after the accident, and they wanted to see my cell phone records to prove that I called 911.
