LOL, nothing like wind burn Yeah, I don't think that the slider would be as effective on an ec, unless you were sitting in the back seat. I know that other manufacturers offer ec's and cc's with sliding rear windows, just not sure about GM

Ah, I almost forgot to mention, when the original rear window frame(s) cracked, water would leak in, profusely. The first time it happened was right before we got hit with a massive hurricane, biggest one we had seen in this area in like 100 years or something...water came pouring in! I ended up cutting open an empty anti-freeze container and using packing tape to make a drain for the water to run into the container through. (I didn't want to tape a garbage bag to my fairly new truck at the time lol). I had to go out and drain the container a few times during the hurricane, but it worked until the dealer replaced the rear window...the first time

they offer iT on the Extended Cab and Crew Cab never have seen one on a reg. cab
