If there are power outages, how would that affect the elections? Ie folks not being able to vote.

I think it is being blown way out of wack. I went and tossed a few extra ropes on the boat, picked up some booze, some other little stuff. Like I said in my thread, I just hate losing power. **** I might take the boat out in it. Just a little wind and rain. Isabell was the worst storm that hit my particular area Ft Howard(15 miles north of the Bay Bridge) and we only got about 18''s of water in the house from the tide coming in. This one is going to blow the tide out.

Poor people that rely on public transportation won't likely make it to polls.

This was Isabel, by far the worst storm I personally exp. Infact i think it was the worst to ever hit us. Pretty radical..

This ****'s 1000 miles across. And I believe it. I'm in the Midwest, we've had 40MPH winds all day Mon. & last nite, along w/. rain. Winds are back again. Some kids won't even have a Halloween w/. the rain & wind. I hate to think what the people on East Coast are really gettin blastin by itall are goin thru.

That said, I hope u guys are OK that are in the thick of it. Even u, John.
