Yeah, I think you are screwed. Especially if the guy has video, and the loud exhaust wont help matters, just makes it sound more like you were racing. I would try to talk to the DA and also sign up for a defensive driving class. I think they might hammer you.

I agree, GA is very tough on racing especially up where you live there have been a lot of teens killed doing it.

 

I've already talked to four lawyers and my mom is friend's with one, I'm going to be doing some community service over the break and sign up for a defensive driving class.

 

damn dude u are lucky cuz here in texas it is considered a class B misdemeanor and you get arrested no matter what. I got arrested racing a buddy of mine when i had my cutout open....luckily for me i just got off wit taking a defensive driving and had to pay the court fees. They wanted to give me 1 year probation and suspend my license for 6 months.
