Lost mine back in the day for a year for racing. It hurts and you learn to appreciate that license.

I got put on probation for 6 months once just for chirping a tire around a corner in my ole camaro. Which was an 89 RS POS with a gutless 2.8l that couldn't outrun a 4 yr old on a big wheel. And when i say chirp i do mean CHIRP and thats it. I've heard mustang gt's get more scratch in 3rd gear.

Rule #1 when driving in traffic. alway always always check your mirrors. I check my side and rear view so much you'd think i was an escapee in a stolen car.

first i want proof i was going 90 to 95 or even 100.
second just because the officer did 90 to 95 to catch up to us
does not mean we were going that fast.
third my rear axel is messed up, im trying to make it last as long as i can, if i was racing like the officer said, i would have needed a wrecker for my truck, and to prove
my rear axel is bad, it went out compleatly the next day when i got to work, i had to walk home in the rain.

if that is no help, get a laywer and play stupid.

They'll just say if you weren't racing then it wouldn't have went out the next day. Besides, everybody knows mechanical failures can happen at any time so this isn't going to hold water.

Easily your best and in my eyes your only option.

Talked to a lawyer today. There's a mandatory license suspension of at least 120 days, which is going to suck because I'm going to have to quit my job and find something else... I'm trying to see if they'll be nice enough to give me a hardship license since it's a first offense.

EDIT: After 4 months of work and not having to spend much money on gas, I may return with a supercharger.

... And that's why I don't live in LA. I realize that you're trying to show me that things could be worse than they already are.

Wow up here in Maine we got caught street racing. We picked a dead end road adn raced towards the dead end. I had a 93 3500 then and I was the chase truck. Every one would jump in the bed and i'd follow the races down to the other end and shuttle people back and fourth between ends. We had the cops called on us and as soon as he turned the corner every one scattered. I stayed right there as runing admits guilt instantly. He gave the two ones racing at that moment a tickets and gave me and all the guys in the back of my truck a lecture. All in all he was a cool guy because after he went to the two guys racing and tore up their tickets and said if I ever catch any of you again I won't be so forgivving. After seeing where we were from on all of our liscense he said I know that town you have better racing roads there, don't come here again. Oh high school days.... My how college has changed me. Its gotta be the fact that you are paying two arms and a leg for school, and mom and dad don't save you any more. Now I'm that guy saying don't race and be stupid on the road
