unscrew every screw you can find and lift it up. That's usually how it works.

Google did know all. fords pull out rather than up and make a noise like you just broke every clip when it comes loose.

so the window wouldn’t roll down. got the motor off and it will spin up fine, and down when you play with it, but it wont roll down when mounted to the regulator.

so either the switch is bad or the regulator is in a bind. ford has designed the door so that it only possible to get the regulator out(or even look at it) with some kind of special tool. i can only get a mirror in there and from what i can tell there is nothing wrong with the regulator, but i can only get a glimpse at maybe a 1/4 of it.
