TTT I saw this Friday night and loved it. Bond is back for sure. Though, Casino Royale may have been a tad better, it was a close second. I was on the edge of my seat even though I had very little sleep the night before and it was a 11:20 showing. It was totally badass and Daniel Craig is a badass James Bond.
All in all, Beau gives it two thumbs up.

my folks went and saw QOS this weekend and he absolutely loved it... told me i had to see it...
I guess i will... i do agree that Daniel Craig is a bad *** bond.... i love that line - "How do you want your martini sir, shaken or stired? and he replies... do I look like i give a damn???
the main critic that i heard from is a traditionalist Bond lover... so that explains his review...

I plan on going to see it, but to me Sean Connery was and is the best Bond. The critics are idiots, come on they get paid to sit there and watch movies all day that **** ain't work. The only thing that could make a Bond film better at the movies is being able to watch it and drink a beer without getting kicked out.

I have every Bond movie. I am a true closet Bond fan, meaning I don't have a jet boat in my back yard but there is more to the old films...the sarcastic undertone and the semi-goofy character names and plots. I mean, hello, have you seen Austin Powers...easy spin offs. I get the famous actress arguement, if Sean Connery could play all "agents" in films we'd be golden. But I digress, I liked Casino Royale, it was definitely long and obviously not the normal Bond shenanigans yet pretty good movie all in all. Nice twist at the end, but took forever. I am with Texas1964, it's a Bond movie, don't screw it up with too much seriousness. Give me some action (the more believable the better). I will wait to DVD anyway, faboMovietheatorsandtheirprices.
