Ok everyone, so i was thinking about going with a bully dog triple dog gt on my 03 silverado rcsb 5.3 liter but didnt really know if it was worth it or not, anyone have any ideas?? Thanks

The only thing im really concerned about is im thinking about putting a new cam in it in the near future and i didnt know if this would really help... If not what should i buy to tune it with, now and after cam...

dont waste money on a programmer.

get a CUSTOM tune done, either mail order or live.

there is Black Bear Performance who did my tune, wheatly in texas, nelson also in texas and im sure there is tons more in texas.

do some searching on here and you will find all the info you need.

i have the superchips for my 5.9 on my my dodge and it made a day and night diffrence , i duno if they make one for the chevs or not but its worth it , tuner is the 1st mod to do !

a programmer will do about as good as poison ivy toilet paper. it'll barely get the job done, and leave you scratching your ***....

So what kinda program would you suggest for me to tune it myself, like ive heard about hp tuners but is it good and how difficult to do?
