Thats sucks pretty bad, I have learned that you definitely have to research artist and you get what you pay for. My artist now charges $150 an hour and before I thought that was crazy but now after a few tattoo's I see why he charges so much.

 

I would want my money back and some type of compensation

But seriously, I don't think it's that bad. If you really care about it, (and don't mind going through the pain again) make them redo it. If you're just a tad pissed, get your money back. If they're a good shop, they'll cover it I'm sure. If they don't, spread the word.
