I think there are some details the government failed to mention. I'm not a conspiarcy theory person but there is something deeper. For all we know the DPS guy could have been banging the guys girlfriend or wife. There are a lot of unknowns at this point.

Yep. There has already been more murders/beatings here this year than the last 2 years combined and we still have 8 months to go in '09. Some of the shootings have been pretty ridiculous too. People around here aren't taking it laying down though. It's hard to find pistol & small rifle ammo on the shelves. The gun guy at Walmart says he has lost count of all the old ladies who have bought ammo or guns from him.
