The main reason why I dont think it will work. Yes some will buy it were its legal to sell and pay an armload for it, but do you think the people that are still growing it are going to stop? No, I doubt they do, and will still continue to grow/sell it cheaper than what a guy can buy it from at a smoke shop. I think it will fail because of this reason, and all we will have is a bunch of kids that are high all the time sittin on their *** doing nothing. We already have problems with lazy *** kids the way it is. Its just throwing more gas into the fire. imo

you do know that it is already legal (sort of) in this area and there are plenty of pot shops growing (legally) and selling it in licensed businesses here? It is working, creating revenues. Most people cant grow worth **** the costs in the shops are not too high from what i understand and quality is high...

Correct. Shops quality is high and price is near the same as street value, and people that grow in the street could sell their crops to the shops..

I see it as a win win situation, i sincerely doubt people are going to rush out and smoke dope just because it is legally regulated...Prohibition only creates crime...period.

it is too top heavy of a plant for hydroponics, needs a good solid earth base, if the plants are not trimed down they will grow to 12 to 16 feet tall, being trimed down they will bush out.

a simple earagation system is nothing more than tubing to each plant from a pre measured water container, this way all plants recive the same amount of water, food, or vitamins.

i just went and got my stuff to make a water level and relevel my house.
35 feet 5/16 tubing, a 5 gallon bucket, and brass fittings cost me a little over 10 bucks.

make it legal in cali, and cali will be at war with south america, thats their cash cow, a whole damn army can cross the border and be well in to this country before we can stop it.

"medical" marijuana....but you only need to pay a doc to get a card. Merely a formality. It is still against Federal statute and shops have been shut down, but they pop back up a day later. It is in the fed courts.
