You must get the Dealers "code" and write it on the certificate.

Hmm I think the link might be a one time use thing. If you are an NRA member check your spam folder for the e-mail. I almost missed it because it ended up in my spam folder.

Edit: I changed the link a bit... try it again. Still might only be good for one use though.
