now this is exciting. going to build a nice garage

Lookin' good, congrats on the new shop! What are the overall dimensions, I must have missed it somewhere. I wish I had the room on my lot for something like that. I've actually thought of moving just to have space for a bigger garage, but this house is my "happily ever after". I put up a 16x32 addition combined with the 12x24 I already had and am happy with that. I have a feeling you'll be spending twice as much time in the garage as you do in the house
Nice!

got a few things done this weekend. dan, my wifes son got suspended for geting in a fight last week so i took friday off to take advantage of his help. 3 day weekends are nice. he learned a lesson today. dont leave anything on top of the ladder. he moved the ladder with the nail gun still on top and it fell right on his head. he bled for awhile but shook it off and kept working :thumbup
went to frame in the area around the garage doors and found out the footing between the doors was in the completely wrong place. had to break that out and reform and poor a new section. that took awhile. we are also working on cleaning up the footings where the pink stuff left nubs behind. my footing guy sucks and wont be getting any more of my business.
