6.0L, the G8 gets the 6.0 and the G8 GXP gets the 6.2. I read they only made about 1,800 GXP's before Pontiac went under

so the edelbrock will bolt on the motor. it seems someone said it would fit under the cowl. that would be perfect, good power band and you can tap the manifold for the meth injectors.

it is a 6.0 but i guess it has the same heads. i will have to go try and find that intake. i like the idea of metal and 8 welded in injector bungs.

i got the part number off of edelbrocks web site. its the xt ls manifold. then take that part number and type it in on froogle. i found it for less than $400.

soo that is just the typical carb style intake but for the l92 heads. hmm. price would add up by the time i got the stock fuel system hooked up and fuel rails and then a 2nd fuel system with rails and all that.

no no, its the tunnel ram style with the 90mm inlet with 4 and 3 bolt flange.

i thought the 6.0 had the ls2 style heads.

never mind i guess its a 6.0l l76. well maybe trick can make an adapter for ya. whats the difference in the heads any way? is it the bolt pattern or distance or just the raised ports?
