Yeah, no doubt. The driver of that vehicle probably has no clue about vehicle maintenance. All they know about their car is gas, brake, and turn. They have no idea why their vehicle moves when they push the gas pedal or why it slows down when they push the brake pedal. Many, many drivers on the road are like this unfortunately.

I worked for Autozone for a couple years during college and that was a very common occurrence.
