my truck is in the shop getting some work done. im debating having them spray a LIGHT coat of gunmetal grey over my rims to where they look like they have brakedust on them(NOT a solid color!). everytime i see my front wheels dusted up pretty bad from the brake pads i think about doing it cuz it looks cool with the color of my truck IMO, and i also think it might set my truck apart from every other truck on the road. i was guna do a photochop but i dont have photoshop on this computer(im downloading it right now) so what do you guys think.
heres a few pics for reference:

naw i wouldn't. The machined look works well with your truck i think. It wouldn't so much set you appart i think as it would make you look like you never clean your wheels.
Honestly i'd leave it as it is, your truck's very clean. Maybe a trim stripe to break it up a little, but the wheels complement it well.

Yeah, i actually like the way it looks now, if you ever got new rims i would try to keep that allow or machined finished. That being said, i dont think it would look bad the other way.
