Hey guys! just joined the forum and i am having a bit of a problem. Just got rid of my 04' chevy and am looking at 2 trucks. An 02' chevy and 03' Gmc. The problem is the $5000 difference between 02' and 03'. My question is will the 03' be
worthe the extra $5k? maybe in looks. But i want to know if i
will get a better engine on an 03' than an 02'? Whether a 03"
engine will perform better than on 02? 02" has 68000mls and 03" has 50000mls

both engines have the same power. the 02' throttle body is cable driven and 03' is drive by wire (electric). i guess it all depends on which body style you rather.

 

Personally I'd go with the 02. I love that body style!

 

I would definately go with the 02, and use the extra 5k for mods!! then you'll have a fast *** truck for the same price of the 03...

 

Yea ap! I see what u mean. That thought also crossed my mind. Im thinking 5k is Money that could be put to good use. In modding that is! Either way guys thanx for the advice! Ill see what happens. Ill reply with my new venture.
