that video is old. It was created shortly after the columbine shooting as a demonstration to show how easily it is for a kid to carry a weapon into school.
enforcing a dress code wont keep anyone from shooting up a school if they want to. Only good parenting and teachers can prevent that.

There's a few schools in texas that allow their teachers to concealed carry. I like this idea as people are less likely to come in shooting if they know the teachers are already packing.
