remember, cars can be replaced and are pretty in expensive compaired to people's lives. That's why they call them accidents people usually don't mean to do it / cause them.

But seeing that Britney wasn't at fault and it shows on the police report, let your insurance company do the work, or politely ask the covering insurance company if it would be easier if your lawyer made the call?
