Ok, those of you that have been around a while know i like to hang out with a different crowd on occasion
Every Easter a club host's the Bike Blessing where a priest sprinkles Holy water on our bikes as we ride past, protecting our rides from danger through the coming year.
I spent too much time in the sun again....my face is burning up!

Yeah, about 1000 I'd guess. It's a big annual event and there are items for sale, raffle and food stands. There were some really wild rides there.....and a few cool bikes too.

Cops were everywhere, as always but I saw them pulling over cars and not harrassing us much. Haha, this lexus dufus tried to race us from the light as we approached, he left on the green and chirped his tires.....busted!

I'm all for the blessings. Riding bikes is dangerous. Passed this on the way home from the track last weekend.

sonic! lmfao....thanks haha...yeah Roger, I've been there...I don't advocate shorts and sneakers but even wearing proper riding gear life can end suddenly. A good buddy was hit last week and he escaped with a lacerated spleen...he's making a full recovery thank god. I have had my right leg totally shattered and have rods in my femur and tibia...that one kept me wheelchaired for 10 months and on crutches for another 8.

Fortunately noone was hurt today that i am aware of...well except for crispy skin
