well hes home now... i met with the cheif of the task force and they are going to set him up sometime and bring him down.
he has an ankle bracelet and is on home arrest... hes acting alright... my uncle said he was scared as hell. I still dont trust him tho. I have all my spare keys in my room and I threw his cell phone out. Im going to disconnect my battery tonite and my mom's car's battery.. just in case he does get some type of keys. Its terrible i dont trust my own brother... but the guy i met with today told me how he tried to sneak out of the RYDC last nite and they got caught. If the place presses charges he could get up to 5 years. However.. now hes going to be sent off to some youth challenge place in Savannah, GA... not Utah... (he'll be close to you steven). If he completes his last year of highschool at youth challenge and gets through the rest of this school year, the summer, and next school year all charges will be dropped and it wont be on his record.. maybe he'll straighten up, i can only hope.

Good luck with that.
My parents and I are going though a similar dilema with my step-brother. My older brother & I weren't angels but we didn't prepare our parents to deal with this little chit. He just got out of CYA (Ca. Youth Authority) and now has a job a Subway but we'll see how long that lasts. It's not that I don't want him to succeed but you cannot help someone who will not help themselves.

Damn dude. Sorry to hear all of that. I won't ask where you live, but my dad lived in Buford for like 10 years. I'm from Savannah. Not that this matters, I hope things start going better for you and yours.
