Just remember, restraining order is just another way of saying I Love You!!

Sucks you're having a shitty time. But it seems like people count on you, so make smart decisions for all, including yourself.
As for the wife and money, it's a lost cause my man, lost cause....

Ah, well, the wifes debt card is cut up and the check books are locked in the truck. She is having a rocky time, she quit her job this morning, but all will come through in time. About every 6 months, my wife has a mental break down. I have taken her to the doctor, and they said she was fine. I guess it's time for new doctors.

Found out this morning, I might actually get a little bit of a tax refund back this year. HAPPY HAPPY.

Looks like I have a sell for 25 computers, so thats good, talked to him this morning.

I install security cameras and do alot of low voltage wiring stuff. I know what to look for, just a matter of getting over there. Skyhighsami and I are going to go look around her house this weekend see if we can find anything. With our combined backgrounds, if there is something there, surely we will find it.

I have a friend thats a retired hells angel, huge tattoos, wouldn't want to tick him off. He still has friends, so if I wanted to make a big problem for the guy, it would be relatively easy. I have met some of the guys from the Nashville sector of the Hells Angels and am sure if I talked to them stuff would get done.

I am trying to convince her to go to the police. I have her convinced to let me take her to the local indoor gun range and teach her how to shoot a pistol. I will probrably let her keep one of mine for the time being.

IMO, it's a terrible idea to get her a gun unless you are sure, she's absolutely sure she'll use it. If she's not 100% sure she'll use it in self-defense, it's liable to be used on her.

Just my .02 cents.

At this point, yes she would. I wouldn't offer to do it if she wouldn't. I wouldn't put a weapon in the hands of someone that would hurt themself.

This guy is alot bigger then her.

Too bad she won't take karate, or something like that. It would give her some tools and ability to defend herself. I don't care how big you are, one well placed kick to the mandaballs and you're going down!!!! lol

Good luck to ya, man. You got a lot on your plate right now....

By do I ever, depending on how this day rounds out, I could be looking at divorce number 2

If I can't get my wife to go to the doctor, I am going to be sending her packing fairly quick.

Anyway, I don't know Tennessee law but look into a protective order. In Texas a restraining order is a civil matter and not criminally enforcable. What this means is I can't arrest someone for violating a restraining order in Texas. A protective order on the other hand is criminally enforcable. The protective order will specify "places prohibited", these are places the person the order is against cannot go. If the person the order is against goes to one of these places he goes to jail.

Again, that's Texas law but your state should have something similar. I would tell her to talk to an attorney to find out what her best option is.

As far as everything else goes all I can say is good luck!

If anything is found, it will be left untouched until the police arrive.
