That was a Harley, just took the ape-hangers to an all new level of stupidity.
Looks really comfortable, especially if your orange, furry, have the mentality of a three year old and most of your family is from Borneo.

 

That's gotta be pchopped, ape hangars are cool but no way could anybody ride it like that! lol

 

It may be possible to drive like that but you would lose all blood circulation having your arms that high.

 

I tend to agree with Trever on this one. Has to be a Pshop. If they were just going in a straight line, then maybe they could ride it, but I think it would be next to impossible to turn the bars like that.

it'd be kinda funny to see, but i wouldn't ever want to ride it. steering would be a little more than tricky on that... i'd hate for him to have to do some kind of evasive maneuver
