I've moderated on a friends forum and had my hands fool with idiots coming on and talking crap. It puts it in perspective when you have to manage it instead of causing it and you see how ridiculous it is.

 

Personally i would like to be a mod to help keep all of the extra BS out of the new site. To help keep it clean like ls1tech was. i am very open as far as "brand name" goes, i could care less what everybody else drives as long as the enjoy it. it was nice to see how "clean and free" ls1tech was and i hope this site gets run the same way. i know i don't post a TON but i do a TON of reading and read almost every post. i am on this site alot and would like to help make it into one of the best site's out there.

This new site was brilliant IMO, and i would really like to see it succeed.

I am glad you brought this up into open discussion. Why would I have to 'dump' LS2 first? There are already a couple guys with dual modship between the sites. Infact, this isn't really LS1Tech at all, it is just affiliated with it. Anyway, I will not decline my mod status there just to be one here. I do like the new site and will continue to come here to help, get help and socialize with my fellow truckers, so, if I am asked to be a mod here I will gladly accept. If not, I will continue to contribute as a regular member.

 

I would like to be considered for the stereo & electronics section I think I could be of great help there. I have been installing car audio systems on the side and for my main source of income for about 4 years and I try and stay on top of the new trends that are happening in the car electronics business. I have never been a moderator on any other site but I learn fast and know what has to be done to keep this a site that people will continue to visit. As you can see by my activity on the site for the last couple of months I am on here all the time. With my new job I am able to check this site quiet often and could be a valuable asset to the site. I am probably one of the younger guys on the site but I beleive I could help out pretty well. This site will really be awesome once all the other brand drivers find it. Oh yeah Ill throw my vote in there for 01thunder and velvet.

 

Tony, what is your issue with LS2.com? I understand why you would have a problem with ls1.com. But what exactly have we done to get on your **** list? We have never knocked ls1tech nor have we done anything to you or any other ls1tech staff member.

If you are so open to discuss things in public, please shed some light on this for everyone because I for one would like to know.

This will take some sorting through. I should say that we will probably only be adding one or two people in the near term but, putting your name out there will never hurt.
