Thanks guys...she was very stoked to be back on the road again for sure I really liked the way that the third pic came out too Mike, looks like a custom training wheel advertisement . I haven't done the other wheel yet (I still have 3 lawnmower wheels left ha ha), if I do, I'll do it just so that they match lol, but the only time the left training wheel even touches the ground is when she makes turns...she pretty much plants the right tire and books along

You're right Ribeiro, I am a lucky dad

Keep working with her on that bike DAD!! Soon you'll be taking those wheels OFF!!

Then you'll be back to mowing the lawn with them.

Nice work. Also good that you showed your daughter that you can fix things when they break and not just replace them. Kids aren't learning things like that too often now days.

Thanks Roger...I'm thinking that maybe either fall or next spring I'll try to get her riding on her own. Last summer/fall I had to hold the handle bars and do the steering for her, and by the end of fall she finally got the gist of pedaling. Now she can ride solo with an occasional boost to help her get going, so I figure at that rate she may be ready for self balancing before the bike goes away for winter...if not, definitely by next spring

Speaking of mowing the lawn, I have to get on that before the town gives me a ticket and a fine! It's a jungle out there!

Thanks brother I've had Rosie playing around in the garage with me pretty much all of her life...she already knows how to use my SnapOn 7.2v screw gun as well as hand held screw drivers and wrenches. She's familiar with "righty-tighty lefty-loosey" lol, but so far she's better at pulling things apart then putting them back together

Hopefully she'll pick up a few tricks and save a few bucks when she gets older and things break...traits that her mother absolutely does not possess ****, her mom wants to replace things once they get dirty, so forget about fixing them when they're broken!
