M3SRT Towed And Driver Arrested !

All you holy rollers can just stop posting. You act like you have never raced anyone and based on his posts in this thread he wasnt street racing at the time. He got targeted for whatever reason, but for all of you to come on here and scold him for racing when you all do the same damn thing is rediculously hypocritical.

wreckless driving based on the towtruck driver saying i was running people ppl off the road /cutting ppl off ect ... bu the thing is the cop was right there .. he saw me before it even got called in ... he saw i wasnt cutting ppl off .. IF i i was racing i can understand getting arrested but i was just driving home

If it was me in the middle of that mess, I wouldn't have told them ****. They tell me about a truck on youtube. My response, "What's youtube?" Some other douchebag cop talks to me about my truck. My response, "It's stock". If they have you pulled over, they aren't your friends.
What did the charge end up being? Nevermind, just saw your post. Not guilty, get a lawyer....trial by jury.
Someone said they can do w/e they want to do. And that is exactly right. I was arrested for a PI, one night. I was in jail for over 8 hours. Not once did they read me my rights. I didn't even know what my charge was until I talked to a judge, while I was in there.

There was a tow company around here a few years back that would go out late at night and look for nice/fast cars and trucks to call the cops on and have their **** towed. Turned out a couple cops were taking cuts from this d bag and his drivers. It worked well for them until a guy we know got stopped by one of these dirty cops and had the presence of mind to take pictures of his odometer with his phone. They came and towed the truck and took him to pokey for a bogus charge of reckless endangerment. When he went to get the truck it had 194 more miles on it than it did at the time of his arrest and the back tires were damn near gone. He went and got a lawyer and went to court. He also filed suit against the tow company after the bogus charges on him were thrown out. The tow company paid him $10,000 in damages for taking his truck out and ragging the **** out of it. The tow company went out of business not long after and 4 cops lost their jobs. 2 of them wound up in jail because they had previous complaints against them for some dirty ****.
M3SRT: My best advice to you is to pull your **** off YouTube for a while and stay out of sight. That cop may have been cool with you asking about your truck but at the end of the day he is a cop and he can screw you hardcore in court. Im not gonna say I dont and havent done stupid **** because we all have. But the bottom line is you got picked up and they know what you do whether you were doing it at the time or not. The evidence is on the internet. Dont give them any solid proof that you do the **** youre being accused of. It may be funny now but when youre paying a few thousand dollars in fines it wont be funny. Not trying to play the saint, just trying to look out for PT.net family. It sounds crazy but something as little as this can haunt you for a long time...

Yeah I know all about how shady tow truck drivers are. In the bad wreck I was in that I mentioned earlier, The tow truck company that had my red truck gutted it.....system, billet interior pieces, leather seats, painted dash, all gone.
They have since changed their name a few times....
There was also an investigation about a year ago on our local tow truck companys, they were charging like 400 bucks or whatever they wanted to tow a vehicle if you got taken to jail, and there was some kind of law in place saying they couldnt charge more than like 115 or someting and they were ignoring it.
They have a rotation, to where if you get pulled over and the cops take you to jail, they will call one company to get ur truck. The next person that gets taken in, they'll get the next company to come get the truck. supposed to anyway, unless the cops are shady
