Sometimes you got to take it easy....I mean you cant go around and drag race every car in the world without consequence.Give it some time you jus happen to be the flavor of the month for the poe poe.You got to remember these cops are people with regular lives too they're not always in the black blue when they catch on to you.Sure as **** they will remmeber it and *** with you when the oppertunity arises.I've been in your situation before not arrested but, deffinatly harrased.I was asking for it too hey you gotta pay to play.Take it in stride learn from it and keep on truckin.

It sounds like like the tow driver wanted some money... Hell for all we know, the tow driver and cops could be in on this little scam and split the money. I wouldn't put it past anyone, if you can come up with it, it's probably already been done.
