It was a big hit over at gmfs so I made another batch of venison jerky

This batch is already spoken for. I'm sending small amounts to several members on Gmfs to get a feeler. Fest batch was raved about. Once the consensus is out to make more I will figure out a price by half and full pound. But it will be made to order to the buyers liking.

Looks good but probally to spicey for my likeing. Jerky is one of the things I don't like spicey.

How soft/tough is your jerky? I like it when it's pretty soft otherwise it's too much work to eat lol. That and itll make your teeth hurt chewing on it if it feels like leather.
