It's apples to organes, the biggest difference being purchase price. L's are deffinately chepaer to mod. But, the SRT's have their fine points too. What are you looking for in a truck? That's the main thing you'll have to answer. Versatility? Speed? Handling? Once you decide that, it will be a much easier decision to make.

Thats a hard decision, they are both fast and sweet rides. I have seen some (both actually) win and some loose in races against each other, all depends upon the mods and driver.

Then it's pretty much a toss up as to what your wallet can handle. The SRT seems to handle better out of the box, but the L can be made to be much quicker for a lot less money.

Tough choice to make my friend, tough choice to make. Test drive both and see what you think. I'm not gonna say one way or the other, because if I had the money, and God knows I don't, lol, I'd have one of each.

although I love the SRT-10.....the L would get my vote just because there are more parts available....and you can make them faster.....For now.

I would get the SRT-10 for the simple fact that it would actually be fun to drive with a 6 speed. If you like to ride in your truck, get a L. The SRT-10 probably weighs more but the 170+ cubic inches would more than make up for that, then if you supercharge the srt

I'd do a Chevy or GMC the way you'd like it. But that wasn't an option was it.
