Dont worry man the whole crutches thing will get easier, it just takes some time to get used to them. I was on them for 7 months the last time I had them. It sucks, its all part of the game....
I have a couple Ti. plates also, try living in a colder climate with them.... Cold weather is a bitch with metal...

Sorry to hear about the fracture Cody....you'll be shifting fine on a bike in a few months as long as you do a little rehab for range of motion. You are young enough that such things will heal very well. The walking boot will definately be better than the splint you are in now.
Nice thing is, like trever said he doesn't have a fibula, cause you can do without it....just be glad you didn't snap the big bone......that usually buys you a titanium nail that is inserted in the hollow part of the bone after reaming out the marrow.




Figured it would have made for a nice conversation piece on the dinning room table
