Default Lets talk about knives

I really really want this knife, but am having a hard time thinking about spending over $100 for it. Have wanted it for years though.

Kershaw Boa

As a cheaper alternative, I'm thinking of a Kershaw Leek

Leek

What knives do you own/carry? Pics are nice

I had a benchmade, I paid over $60 i know for a fact. I loved it. I don't know if i'd ever spend that much on a knife again. Someone wanted it more than me. Its hard to buy a $100 knife, lose it, then buy another. I'll stick with the cheapo's for now

I collect somewhat..

I have a:

Ken Onion Kershaw spring assist
2 William Henry custom made
and an assortment of Schrade, Buck, and Gerbers. I also have a small assortment of WWII era bayonet

Benchmade are sweet and every-time I'm in the mall I gotta check out the blade store. I'd love to have the one you posted above

edit: I searched and found that Boa is also a Ken onion design, very nice. Amazon has it for $111

The William Henry blades run in the $275 to $375 range. I anodized the bronze scales on the larger one. It has pre-historic mammoth tusk inlay. The other smaller one is titanium lines with jig bone scales. Both knives have some crazy Japanese steel that is more than razor sharp and has held edge for years now. I got them for working with the designer (Matt) on the anodize project.

L-R William Henry, William Henry, Spyderco Military (got it for $4), , Kershaw, Kershaw, Frontier, Old Timer (Schrade), Old Timer (Schrade) and some Bucks up top.

I've got a Leek. I prefer the straighter blade.

I carry the Kershaw LFK daily. For $15, I'm not going to cry if I lose it.

Picked up the Kershaw Boa above on Amazon for 79.99 shipped

For some reason they had it double listed, same part number, from the same place, for cheaper.

$111 (http://www.amazon.com/Kershaw-Onion-...1171894&sr=8-3)

$79 (http://www.amazon.com/Kershaw-Foldin...1171894&sr=8-2)

So I took advantage

Sheffield utillity knife... it costs 11 bucks, and it's a razor blade, so you just replace the blade when you break it or it gets dull. lol

Works for everything I need it to do.
