And when I mentioned "supplements", I meant steroids. I've taken protein supplements before, and it does seem to help as it is hard to eat as much food as you need to in order to get 200+ gm of protein a day. As far the the steroids go, it doesn't bother me that people take them, it's just hard to compete with a guy who is in the 198's and opens with a 500 lb bench.

I've just started pulling again (in addition to benching), but the squat is out for me as I have a bad leg.

Yea I know what you meant. It's always funny how the tested and untested categories have about a 100 lbs(or more) difference between each.
