Missouri River is over topping the levee about 10 miles from me. luckily I'm in town up out of the flood plain, however, several hundred people have had to leave their homes.

The River here is currently flowing enough water to fill a football stadium with 5 feet of water... per second.

It's all coming from the dams. There's 5 dams along the Missouri river that control the flow. All five of them are completely full, and the snow pack up north of them is 300% what it usually is. We've had maybe 6 inches of rain in the last 3 months. All of the water is coming from the dams.
