Man you don't need a receipt. All you gotta do is call them and tell them what is wrong with your case,they'll ask you for the I believe it's a 4 digit # on the inside of the case and how long you've had it(it's ok to fib alittle) just say you bought it within the year and they'll send you a new one in the mail at no charge. That's what I did with mine and they even threw in acouple clips.

Gotta wait and see if they are gonna support my radio, Ihave the Alpine iDA-X305S that works with the Iphone/ Pandora app. Havent seen anything yet abou the 30 pin connection. The 5 has a20 pin I think now. But more than likely I might just bite the bullet and get the Iphone 5 and just get an ipod to work with my h/u.
