Interesting concept. I wonder how reliable it is for daily use. There have been many internal combustion engine designs over the years but none of them have proved to be as efficient and relable as modern conventional engines. I think this engine will fall into this category too.

Yeah but, if on the off chance it becomes applicable in everyday use then holy crap. Gotta give them the nod for innovation at the very least.

From what I read about it it sounds like it'd be really cool. Just wish I could see the vid. If I could see how it works that'd be awesome.

The concept seems rather ingenious. The biggest hurdle for this engine will probably be the big oil companies.

I am wondering how they keep the rotation going in one direction....when two pistons compress together and there's an explosion, they would both want to go in opposite directions, but...it says that they only move one direction.

I guess if you fire the cylinder behind the combustion fast enough then you could prevent most of the backwards thrust. You'd still lose a little efficiency to that thrust though.
