When I did have one she knew she could do nothing about me fixing up my truck as long as the bills were paid and we had money to go do **** everything was cool.

I think the best thing you can do if you are young and wanting to mod your truck is the whole "friends" bit but my stoopid *** didnt go that route. My female gets pissed when she cant go out because there is something that i bought for my truck and i am left with no money. I smell another one of these arguments comming up very quickly with the new cam and install. Maybe i can sell her on the street corner to make money to mod my truck...then my worries would be gone and thus i would be a pimp(as if i werent a pimp already! Rightttt.)...j/k Good thing the female doesnt read this sight!

I also agree with the HOBBY excuse, it works.

my wife's pretty cool with it as long as the two other cars are up and running good. by the way, a month before we got married i blew my tranny. ended up putting 2g's on her credit card for a truck that she does not drive. that's when i knew i had a good woman, lol...
