its hard to set a bow up over the internet. go to your local range and they can set you up with the correct draw length, arrow length and field tip size in about 5 minutes. you dont want to learn to shoot with a bow that is not set up for you. too long or too short of a draw length could start some bad habbits that are hard to break.

Ok your best bet is to go to a shop, have them set you up. Like TX said, kinda hard to do over the web unless you know your draw length, the set length on the bow.. Easy way to get you close to KNOWING what your draw length is, is to measure the distance from your finger tips while having your arms spread wide open.. Take the measurement then divide it by 2.5.. I would be willing to be 30'' arrows are way to long for you.. There is alot more to it then you think. Arrow spine have a role to play in this, but again will be determined from the length, model they are...
