Default How to remove paint from block walls?

I need to redo my bathroom in the basement, and I want to remove the old paint. Does anyone know of any type of wire brush that would remove the paint? My plans are to sand blast the walls, but that might be pain in the ***.

Thanks.

A vacumn sandblaqster may be your best bet. I have the same issue here.
Thinkin about covering mine with drywall or wood.
